As our products are custom made to order, we generally do not accept returns, but please reach out to us if something isn't right.

We encourage our customers to review product details and ask any questions before purchasing. Your satisfaction is important, and we appreciate your understanding of our policy. 

Items that are incorrect, damaged, or defective qualify for a full refund.

No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.

Please contact us if you believe you are eligible for a refund.

Eligibility for a Refund

For incorrect or faulty items, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and a photo of the item's condition. The item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Thank you for your understanding.
